Enjoy an Empowered Career at GRP

Commencing your graduate years as a Speech Pathologist is exciting, and we know it can feel overwhelming. GRP’s two-year graduate program is designed to give you the foundation, support and confidence to thrive from your very first session. And the two-year program is just the beginning. Clinicians who complete the program continue to be supported through GRP’s leadership pathway, with ongoing mentoring and development opportunities at every stage of their career, whether you choose a clinical, leadership or educational focus.

You’ll work across a broad caseload spanning early childhood through to aged care, with clients matched to you based on the right fit for your experience and clinical complexity, so both you and your clients feel confident from the start. As a mobile practice, our clinicians work where clients actually live their lives, which means more personalised, engaging sessions and better clinical outcomes. It also means more flexibility for you: write your notes from a café, be out in the sun between clients, and enjoy a genuine work-life balance built into how we operate.

Supporting you isn’t an afterthought at GRP; it’s the whole point. You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 administration support handling all scheduling, invoicing and phone calls, so you can focus entirely on what you do best. Monthly Think Tanks give you access to over 60 years of combined clinical experience across the team, and our New Graduate Groups provide a space to work through cases, develop together and connect with peers.

Dedicated Supervisor

Every graduate is paired with an experienced clinical supervisor, specifically trained within our GRP leadership program, for their first 24 months. You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions, honest feedback and genuine mentorship, with a coaching approach focused on building your independence and confidence, not creating reliance.

Structured Development

A clear competency framework with milestones so you always know where you stand and how GRP is supporting your growth. Our approach is built around coaching, not dependency, building your confidence and independence as a clinician at every stage.

Peer Learning

Monthly group professional development sessions and case discussions, and access to GRP’s full team of experienced Speech Pathologists across a wide range of clinical areas. You’ll never feel like you’re figuring it out alone.

Complete Online Systems

A full online resource library and highly structured admin systems so you can complete your work from anywhere, without building your own resources from scratch. Everything you need is ready and waiting.

Flexible Hours and Start

Part-time and full-time options to suit your schedule, plus a daily travel allowance on top of your salary. Delayed start dates are also available if you want to travel or take a well-deserved break after graduation.

A No After-Hours Rule

Your Development, Funded

A $1,000 annual budget for external professional development, on top of GRP’s internally delivered learning program. You bring the goals, we help fund them.
