Cancellation Policy
Our Cancellation Policy
At GRP Speech Pathology, we plan every session around your individual goals. To maintain a high-quality service and ensure appointment times are available to all clients, we ask that you are familiar with our cancellation policy before confirming ongoing therapy.

No Cancellation Fee
If you provide clear notice of a cancellation at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to your scheduled appointment, no fee will be charged.

Short-Notice Cancellation
If notice is given within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or if you do not attend your appointment without notice, 100% of the service fee applies.

Late Arrival
Payment
Payment Information
All invoices are due within seven days of the completed speech therapy session.
If a client has three unpaid invoices, GRP Speech Pathology will contact the client, plan manager and/or support coordinator to request payment within a strict two-week period. If invoices remain unpaid after this time, ongoing sessions may be paused until payment is received. Please be aware this may result in the loss of your allocated therapy time.
Please note that a late payment fee applies to overdue invoices. For full details on our payment terms, cancellation policy and booking conditions, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
If you have any questions about payment or funding, our admin team is always happy to help. Get in touch at info@grpspeechpathology.com.au or call us on 03 7067 8884.
Feedback
We’d Love to Hear From You
Nobody helps us improve our service more than you. We welcome your feedback so we can continue to address your personal requirements and enhance your speech pathology experience.
If your Speech Pathologist is unable to assist you, your feedback will be referred to our Customer Resolution team. All reasonable steps will be taken to address and resolve your matter.
You can also provide feedback directly to the NDIS Commission if you wish.
Communication
Responding to GRP
Given the high demand for our services, we are committed to being fair and equitable so that everyone who needs support can access it. To help us achieve this, we kindly ask that you respond to all GRP communication within 48 hours. If we do not hear back within this time, your potential booking may be offered to another client.
